First Dentist Appointment

Jadyn had her first dentist appointment today....... I know, a little late, huh?? I suppose it isn;t to bad though seeing as though she didn't have all of her teeth until she was almost 3...haha!! She made out well..... No cavities..... She does have a "tiny discolored" spot on one of her teeth but it could be nothing. I guess if it doesn't change by her next appointment they won't worry about it. She got her teeth cleaned, flossed and a flouride treatment.

She got a new toothbrush (Tow Mater)..... bringing her grand total up to 7 toothbrushes in the bathroom....lol She got some yummy crest kids bubble gum toothpaste and a Princess flosser.

Since Jadyn did so well she got to choose where she went to lunch today ( We had to wait 30 minutes because the flouride has to sit on their teeth that long before they can eat or drink.) She chose Pizza Hut!! Yummo.....

Jadyn's new bed.....

We are going to order Jadyn's new bed sometime this week. She is so excited. I am sure I would have been this excited too if my bed was this cool when I was little :

Sick......... AGAIN!

This poor little chicklet cannot catch a break. Like I said before.... She has not been sick at all in her first 3 years of life. Now, she goes maybe a month and she is sick AGAIN. She doesn't even go to daycare....... This time Moma started it though. Moma had been sick for the past 4 days with a fever.
This morning Jadyn woke up and said her tummy hurt. We took her temp and sure enough it was 100.1. The poor little thing. She always gets this blank look in her eyes when she doesn't feel good. So I dosed her up with some Motrin. She is feeling pretty good right now. She isn't up running around or anything but she is being her sassy lippy little self right this minute. I guess we will see what happens when the Motrin wears off.

Knitting with Grandma

While we were at home over last weekend my mom was knitting her friend a prayer shawl. Jadyn, of course, thought she needed to learn how to knit too. She did pretty good for a 3 year old ;-P

That's My Girl

Today marks a little milestone. Or maybe it is a BIG Milestone?? Jadyn got herself dressed from head to toe ALL by herself. Underwear, shirt, pants AND socks. She is getting SO big!! I can't stand it!!

Tonight we went outside to play in the snow. Moma noticed some deer hoof prints in the snow. She pointed them out to Jadyn and they of course discussed it for a few minutes. About 10 minutes later Jadyn belly flopped herself in to the snow. She then stood up and exclaimed " LOOK Moma, It's a Belly Print!!!!"

Jadynism for today

Moma: "Jadyn do not hold the 9 down on the cell phone it calls the police."
Jadyn: "Moma, Stop it, give that cell phone back to me."
Moma: "You do not call the police unless you have an emergency."
Jadyn: "Moma, the police are coming to our house."
Moma: "Jadyn I am serious I will take the phone away from you if you push the nine."
Jadyn: " Hi Police, my t.v. is broken."
Moma: " You do not call the police because your t.v. is broken. You only call if there is an emergency and a broken tv is NOT an emergency."
Jadyn: " Hello? Grandma?"
